HYDRO
HORSE SHOE 50 POINT WATER EMITTER |
| Apart
from the obvious, being a completed ring with
even water dispersion, the Hydro Horseshoe TM
has many other advantages. |
| 1. |
The
ring lies some 200mm above the pot surface.
As water is forced through its fifty holes
and out of the ring, it forms fine streams
and proceeds to fall through the air. This
action increases the uptake of valuable
oxygen to the water which speeds root development
and dramatically decreases the chance of
pathogens and disease. This alone will increase
the chance of successful hydro operations,
especially in warmer climates where water
holds little oxygen. |
| 2. |
Hydro Horseshoe
can be used with existing pump and irrigation
equipment, or mains tap pressure. |
| 3. |
The unique, open
ended horseshoe shape allows the fitting
and removal of the unit to already established
plants. Doing away with the need to disassemble
and re-assemble as with the old style of
water emitters. |
| 4. |
Hydro Horseshoe’s
are relatively inexpensive, compared-to
existing methods. At a retail level the
Horseshoe costs little more than a four
outlet 6mm ring with far more advantages
to the user. |
| 5. |
In our experience
we have found 6mm irrigation fittings to
be more expensive than most 19mm and 13mm
fittings. Hydro Horseshoe Rings will work
best using 19mm polly line reduced to 13mm
polly line for each in individual ring.
This method will increase water volume and
flow. This also means your pump will work
more efficiently and last longer due to
the decrease in pressure associated with
6mm irrigation |
