Below is what we look for when hiring new sog staff
   
1.To be honest and reliable. [open 6-7 days]
2.To have some people skills & be fairly articulated.
3.To be Enthusiastic, Outgoing with a Liberal attitude.
4.Computer/Pos system skills required [we can train up]
5.Must have some growing knowledge. [in or out doors]
6.We prefer you have a long term goal
(we want you to set a long term goal with us!)
7.Must have reliable transport.
